I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AMS in May 2021
Interview
Interview was smooth and quick, very comfortable since they're doing video call and two managers are interviewing simultaneously thus saving your time.
Although there was an initial call conducted by the human resources but it's just via phone and jothing too formal, give or take it was less than 30 minutes
I encountered numerous questions primarily designed to assess my personal fit and compatibility with the team’s culture, values, and working style. I would recommend you prepare effective responses to highlight your strengths in these areas. (Star Method)
I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

Interview
My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
