I started through a staffing agency, was hired on about 6 months later. I had an one on one interview with the Human Resources Director, who gave me all the information and took me over to meet with an individual who gave me a soldering test to see where my skills were at. Once that was finished I was given the job and placed on the floor due to my experience.
