Very drawn out. Next step was never what was described. Human Resources kept pushing off next step to next week which always took two weeks. I was one of five candidates that I know of from a group exercise that on face value were all qualified. No one got the job. The position was open for over at least six months. Job title and job description did not match what was revealed during the interview. Very unorganized process. Still not sure who wrote the job description even after a panel interview including the finance manager. Endless repetitive behavioral interview questions while panel is writing down your answers.
