Had a call with the recruiter which was thorough and then they set up an in-person interview with the hiring VP. I met with the hiring VP and had a great interview that made we very interested in the job. I was told there were a few more that were to be interviewed and I was asked to come back and meet the Operations Manager. I was offered the job the following day after interviewing with the VP. I did meet the Operations Manager after I accepted the position.
