Interview
I was recruited by a member of ARI senior leadership and encouraged to apply for a position. After submitting my resume, I received an unsolicited call from their HR recruiting staff on my day off while I was with my family on vacation, and at the pool. It was a windy day and I could barely hear her, told her the same, but she proceeded to perform a phone interview with me. I was completely turned off by this experience and decided not to pursue the position. I work for a company that respects my time, and would not consider leaving them to work for a company who clearly does not set boundaries, nor respect someone's personal time.

Simple and straightforward. Never heard back on the next step. Everyone was polite, but never received a feeling the hiring manager was considering potential employees outside of their personal relationships

Interview
Applied on website and then received and e-mail request to do a phone screen the next day. Then requested to do an online assessment 3 days later. The assessment was a two part where the first part was timed (IQ type of test) and the second part was more of a personality assessment. Was contacted a few days later to setup an interview time with the hiring supervisor and manager. Was offered the position the next day.

Interview
I was initially contacted by an outside recruiter and moved ahead to an internal recruiter. I completed an online test and then was scheduled for a Zoom interview with two account managers. The internal recruiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately I did not get the job, but I was left with a very good impression of the company.
