The interview process was pretty average. Phone screening, IQ test/ Personality Assessment, First Interview followed by Second Round Interview. However, HR was extremely unprofessional throughout this entire month long process. They make you feel as if you should expect to be offered a position. They provide nothing but positive feedback and then when they position is NOT offered to you they are rude and seem annoyed when you ask what you could have done better. HR could not provide me a real reason as to why I was not offered a position. I suspect I was passed over for someones daughter or son as this is very common at this company. Trust me this company may look like the golden ticket but it is far from it.

This was a multiple part interview process. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was an in person interview with HR. HR confirmed a few days later that they would be moving forward and bringing me in for an interview with management. Management interviews lasted approximately half a day. The first was with the direct supervisor and their manager.
