      Account Executive Interview

      Feb 16, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Grapevine, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ARI (Grapevine, TX) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Recruiter contacted me. Skyped with a supervisor in New Jersey since the hiring team is located out of the state. Following week expressed to the Recruiter that I had another offer but wanted to continue the hiring process with ARI. That same week I went to speak with the supervisor in grapevine then had a Skype call with her manager. The supervisor was very nice, the only one who made me comfortable throughout the process. Her manager was not exactly the friendliest. Interview was 90 minutes long. Recruiter said that she would have a decision for me the following day since I had another offer on the table. Never heard from her until I followed up that evening and she said that the manager was in meetings all day and that she should have an answer for me on the following Monday morning. Monday no answer! I followed up with an email on Tuesday and 2 weeks later have not heard back from her. If I did not get the position that's all she had to say and give me feedback on the interviews. For a company that considers themselves "plus one" in customer service, I was quite disappointed with the approach. I understand the goal is to provide ultimate customer service to theirclients but I believe candidates should be treated the same way. I really liked this company but very disappointed in the end. I would have definitely appreciated a follow up whether or not it was an offer.

Simple and straightforward. Never heard back on the next step. Everyone was polite, but never received a feeling the hiring manager was considering potential employees outside of their personal relationships

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ARI in Apr 2021

      Interview

Applied on website and then received and e-mail request to do a phone screen the next day. Then requested to do an online assessment 3 days later. The assessment was a two part where the first part was timed (IQ type of test) and the second part was more of a personality assessment. Was contacted a few days later to setup an interview time with the hiring supervisor and manager. Was offered the position the next day.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ARI (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

I was initially contacted by an outside recruiter and moved ahead to an internal recruiter. I completed an online test and then was scheduled for a Zoom interview with two account managers. The internal recruiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately I did not get the job, but I was left with a very good impression of the company.
