Best interview process I ever had! My friend recently applied and was rejected for the position. But he had told me how nice everyone was during the process and felt that if he had a good experience even though he was passed on for the role, that ARI was worth the look. Recruiter took the time to explain the entire process to me from the first call. She made me aware of salary expectations and took all the guessing out of the process. Made me feel comfortable from the first phone call to the last interview. After the initial interview and assessment process I was set up for a Skype interview. Skype interview was with a NJ Supervisor. Asked general questions, but I felt the company culture from the process. I've never done a Skype interview but it went well. Was told within 24 hours that they wanted me to come in. Met with a local Supervisor and Manager. Manager was a bit more direct but it was an interview - that was to be expected. My experience was nothing but positive. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was during the whole process.
