I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ARI (Grapevine, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Best interview process I ever had! My friend recently applied and was rejected for the position. But he had told me how nice everyone was during the process and felt that if he had a good experience even though he was passed on for the role, that ARI was worth the look.
Recruiter took the time to explain the entire process to me from the first call. She made me aware of salary expectations and took all the guessing out of the process. Made me feel comfortable from the first phone call to the last interview. After the initial interview and assessment process I was set up for a Skype interview.
Skype interview was with a NJ Supervisor. Asked general questions, but I felt the company culture from the process. I've never done a Skype interview but it went well. Was told within 24 hours that they wanted me to come in. Met with a local Supervisor and Manager. Manager was a bit more direct but it was an interview - that was to be expected.
My experience was nothing but positive. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone was during the whole process.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at ARI
Interview
Simple and straightforward. Never heard back on the next step. Everyone was polite, but never received a feeling the hiring manager was considering potential employees outside of their personal relationships

I applied online. I interviewed at ARI in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied on website and then received and e-mail request to do a phone screen the next day. Then requested to do an online assessment 3 days later. The assessment was a two part where the first part was timed (IQ type of test) and the second part was more of a personality assessment. Was contacted a few days later to setup an interview time with the hiring supervisor and manager. Was offered the position the next day.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ARI (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was initially contacted by an outside recruiter and moved ahead to an internal recruiter. I completed an online test and then was scheduled for a Zoom interview with two account managers. The internal recruiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately I did not get the job, but I was left with a very good impression of the company.
