I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ARI in Feb 2016
Interview
Got an email from someone in HR assigned to recruit for this position. She let me set up my own time to speak with her so I could do research on the company before she called (it was nice to not be blindsided by a call randomly). Very informative, completed some items, set up for a Skype meeting with leadership in NJ. They were really nice, energetic. After the call the HR person called to see how things went. Next day she called again and explained the next steps in the process in order to continue moving forward. Still in process, but the process moves! ARI moves through the process at a rate that is respectful to the person applying. They get to know you, but don't make the process linger either.

I applied online. I interviewed at ARI in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied on website and then received and e-mail request to do a phone screen the next day. Then requested to do an online assessment 3 days later. The assessment was a two part where the first part was timed (IQ type of test) and the second part was more of a personality assessment. Was contacted a few days later to setup an interview time with the hiring supervisor and manager. Was offered the position the next day.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ARI (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was initially contacted by an outside recruiter and moved ahead to an internal recruiter. I completed an online test and then was scheduled for a Zoom interview with two account managers. The internal recruiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ultimately I did not get the job, but I was left with a very good impression of the company.
