When I was alerted to this review and read over the information I needed to clarify many things. I'm positive that you have the wrong company you interviewed with but, I am sorry wherever it was you did interview and had a bad experience. 1. ARI has had 1 Customer Service position open in the last 6 years and it was in October 2014, you stated you had an interview in July 2014. 2. ARI has not used a staffing agency in 2 years. 3. ARI has never conducted Drug Screens as a contingency of employment let alone prior to any interviews.
