They had a unique job posting on line which grabbed my attention. It started the whole process off on a more personal touch than a technical recruiter selling the position. I received an initial phone call then a 1 on 1 in person interview. The day after the 1 on 1 I was given a job offer. I took a week to wind down the job search process and decided to go with ARI instead of the other three offers. It was the closest to my house, had an acceptable salary offer and the team seemed like one that I would fit in with. It was not the highest offer and from what I found out is not the quickest to get people into seats. I was shocked to find out I had to wait two weeks to start working after accepting the position. For a software developer this is not normal. Due to how hard it is to find developers the developer usually starts the day after accepting.
