I applied online. I interviewed at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Interviewed with 7 people. Fairly laid back and casual process. I was apparently interviewed before the internal employees which doesn't make much sense. You would think a company would attempt to fill from within before looking outside the organization. I was told I would hear back either way with a decision, but i didn't, and had to reach out multiple times only to hear they filled the position internally. Probably figured they could pay less for an internal employee since the position below this paid virtually nothing. Very disappointed with the process and felt like my time was wasted. I would say to look elsewhere unless you are already within the company. Better paying options are out there if you are patient.
The interview process starting with a 15 minute phone interview with a manager. After "passing" that portion of the interview, I was invited to formally interview for the position. The interview process composed of a few hour long interviews with different sets of managers within the Inventory Management Department. The last interview was with HR.
