The interview process was very informative and honest. Each person covered every aspect of the position and each part of the business. I interviewed with a few different groups of people and it went a lot smoother than I thought because they were all so nice and not intimidating. They were honest though because they expressed what they wanted and expected of an employee. They explained the position, salary/benefits, company, etc. I was told that I would hear back from HR regardless of their decision within 2 weeks to which I did not. I even followed up with and received no response; so to be frank, I think that was unprofessional and inconsiderate because it was established that they would. Overall though, I thought it would have been an awesome opportunity and I would have loved to see what I could have done in the position.
