Disorganized, frustrating experience. Applied online, and two weeks later was called for an interview by HR. Set up a phone interview with hiring manager. Time comes, no call. Email HR. Excuses made. Phone call interview number two set up. Time comes again, no call, no communication, nothing. Crickets. HR was quick to make candidates fill out useless, generic HR documents BEFORE an offer is even made, thereby wasting even more of a candidate's time. If you want low-level, uninspiring employees, keep your current HR recruitment practices, ASAE, because no one with in-demand skills and abilities will jump through the ridiculous hoops and allow you to waste their time when they can interview with and work for companies that don't allow such nonsense. Your HR department is your face to the outside world, one would think you would ensure it is top-notch, or at least, not abysmal.
