Easy, it was mostly online and the face to face interview did not last very long. It was clear that they were very keen to hire quickly. I was offered the job in the same week

Informal chat. Asked questions about availability, customer service experience and driving experience. Found out a bit about what goes on during the shift. The interviewer did not know the hourly rate. I also didn’t like waiting in the staff room before the interview. Overall a friendly conversation
