Interview
An initial online assessment, a group interview and then final one-to-one interview. It seems like a long drawn-out process, but it was probably the most fun I've ever had at an interview.

Question 1
The usual questions. Why do you want to work for us? What can you bring to the role?
Group interview of around 15 people. Very relaxed and laid back. 3 other managers taking notes on us. Then had a quick one to one chat, very informal, mainly about what hours you could do
Standard competency questions, interviewer was pleasant, asked about education and employment history. Ultimately declined the offer due to receiving a more suitable offer elsewhere but would have been pleased to join

Interview
Very thorough and they listened to me and answered my questions. It was a 2 way conversation that left me feeling considered. There were other interviewees present who were being considered for the same role
