I was shown around the 'pod' was asked about my experience and my current job I was then taken to an office and was asked what hours I was looking for, what shifts I'd prefer and they took a copy of my passport then once that was done I was shown out and told I'd be contacted in a few days I am still waiting 3rd day

Very relaxed, friendly and person centred. I was made to feel at ease and was offered guidance if I felt unsure about anything. Small group setting, much better than a mass interview
