Brought in with other candidates and asked questions based around our eligibilities, skills, weaknesses. Then shown around the store and the various departments. Then went through the handbook. Was a nice experience
formal and professional, friendly experience. Got to tour around the department I'd be working on and meet a couple of colleagues too as well after the interview questions were asked.
The interview process was easy. It asked for my availability and previous experience. After the interview, I completed a practical task, which included my interaction with customers on the shop floor and organising shelves.
it was a smooth process that involved tas questions were asked following the STAR process. if you know what you are doing, you will get it right. Be confident, engaging and let them be the judge..if it's yours, it's yours.
