I had a group interview, then an individual interview where they offered me the job there and then.
Group interview was strange, we had to act out scenarios with lots of staff around, and describe yourself in relation to a random object that was drawn from a hat.

Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity

Very short was only asked about myself no real interview style questions however i did not end up getting the job they let me know via email wish i got a better chance as the interview lasted less than 10 minutes
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
