Easy, Team building, theory test first then basic interview questions no more than 10mins. Normally do it all in one day. If you pass the first 2 stages, the formal interview is a walk in the park. More informal like a general chat
Asda delivery drivers report for shifts to perform vehicle checks and receive pre-loaded vans. You get sat down in a room, and asked very basic knowledge questions. Such as have you driven a van before, how is your customer service, what days can you work etc.
Group. Discussed drivers license, test in van for basic manourverung skills for about 20mins. 1 to 1 discussion and then trial shift. Friendly interviewers and colleagues to support. As long as competent driver okay interview.
