In person or virtual depending on location and timescales, our interviews focus on our values and the key technical skills the role needs. Wherever possible, we do like to meet you in person – it gives you the chance to see where you'd be working and meet your potential manager.
Asda delivery drivers report for shifts to perform vehicle checks and receive pre-loaded vans. They follow optimized routes, providing friendly doorstep service to approximately 20 customers per shift. The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and high-quality customer interaction throughout every delivery.
You get sat down in a room, and asked very basic knowledge questions. Such as have you driven a van before, how is your customer service, what days can you work etc.
Group. Discussed drivers license, test in van for basic manourverung skills for about 20mins. 1 to 1 discussion and then trial shift. Friendly interviewers and colleagues to support. As long as competent driver okay interview.
