Initial assessment was done via a multiple choice questionnaire. Some of the questions were related what you would do in a customer service environment based of specific scenarios. After passing this initial stage of the selection process, I was invited to a group interview which went on for about four hours. Other than questions and answers we had to do tasks within small teams and participate in a general group discussion.
