Informal group interview. A few team bonding exercises and a few videos about the company. Tour of the shop floor and a quick 5 minute interview with team leader or manager.
Simple introduction of yourself, question answer session, 10m of shelf work during afternoon and some warehouse pallet work. Very laid back and while the free work sounds daunting it lets you become familiar with how to stock/face-up shelves
