Interview
Informal initial interview with manager and the person I was replacing. Talked generally about what I'd done before and what I could bring to the role.
Came back for 2nd interview with manager and senior manager. I had been asked to prepare a short presentation about competitor adverts. Followed by a question and answer session on my presentation and more questions about the role.
