Interview
Group interview, 12 people. Get to know the person on your right......interesting fact etc. Split up into smaller groups for 1 on 1 interview, hazard perception test and flexible working agreement. This was a very relaxed interview and as such was fairly easy. The existing colleagues were amazing and helped to create a great atmosphere.
