I applied on line and then I got a phone call where it was arranged for me to go for a 1-1 interview. Two days later I was telephoned again to say that I passed the interview and then it was arranged for me to attend the big hello where I learned all about Asda, signed my contract, gave them my bank details and got my uniform.

I got told to talk to the person to my left then explain them to everyone else who was in the room then went into teams and build a tower out of marshmallows and dry spaghetti the the next day I had a face to face interview with my now manager offering me a contract and we talking about the job I will be doing

Was asked to attend a Magic event, in groups had to sell a product and ensure our voice was heard throughout. After this we were asked to attend a 1:1 interview (if successful at the magic event)
