      Stock Lead Interview

      Oct 26, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Commerce, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASICS (Commerce, CA) in Nov 2015

      Interview

The interview was a bit extensive, they did give out a lot of scenarios on dealing with merchandise. At one point they also did mention that the back of house team is usually one person. In this location they had a surplus of merchandise so a one person back of house team seemed a little unfair, especially during slow times of the year when hours would drop back of house was the first to lose hours.
