Salary shouldn't be a problem so she promised me to share my cv with the Hiring manager. She would come back to me asap with feedback and to setup an assessment in a couple of days. I didn't hear back from her. Also not after sending her a reminder. Ghosted. And that I don't understand. I am a ASICS customer too and it seems recruiters don't get it that not giving a simple answer can harm their brand reputation.
