This is the 2022 scholarship interview experience
It is divided into two times. The first is an online video interview. You answer personal questions in full English, such as the biggest difficulty you have encountered, how your experience makes you suitable for our company, and what are your strengths and weaknesses?
The second time was a group interview, where questions were mainly asked through resumes and self-introductions. There were no professional questions in the content.
It was fast. I applied through the website. After about two weeks, I got a HireView invite. A few days after completing it, there was a Zoom interview with my manager, and everything went smoothly.
