Interview
Initial interview was a phone conversation introducing the position, pay and benefits. The interviewer obtained basic information about me. The second interview was a zoom video interview with more in depth questions for me.

Question 1
Most of the questions were similar to standard interview questions, but with a twist. Instead of asking you to name your strengths, they asked you to tell them about a situation that you handled which demonstrated your strengths and how this did so.
