I was contacted by someone from ASPCA for a phone screen opportunity so I scheduled it with the person. One the day of the interview I did not receive a call or email at all, so then I emailed the recruiter and asked for a rescheduling, no response either. Several days after I was slapped with a rejection email. I think that was quite unprofessional and disrespectful. If you already hired somebody you could at least let me know before the interview right?
