Interview
Originally began the process with a phone call to introduce myself, then came into the office for an in person interview. Interview was roughly 1 hour long with a very engaging conversation. I did not feel pressured, as it was a refreshing interview.
Application, recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, three person panel interview, skills assessment, VP interview, and five references (3 former bosses) checked over the course of a three plus month period.
