A few weeks after I applied I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. The manger was polite enough but didn't seem too invested in the interview. She didn't ask many questions and mostly talked about the role. At one point she even took a call and made me wait until she was finished. I was then passed off to a team lead. This guy was a complete jerk and was clearly annoyed about even having to interview me. Asked questions about my resume but in a very antagonistic way, trying to poke holes in everything I had written. Gave the impression that he already made his mind up about me before even meeting me but was looking for solid reasons to reject me, although I think I gave him good answers. After all this I was told I would get a decision in two weeks but its now been six and the recruiters are ignoring me, so that's that I guess. I think I dodged a bullet with this company honestly.
