1. HR phone screen, 2. IT aptitude tests, 3. Hiring manager interview, 4. Grandfather interview, 5. Job offer, This was done through a in person interview but it varies between departments. Thats true as well for the whole process, but will be at least interview with manager and managers manager.
The hiring process was very slow and disorganized. It took 3–4 weeks after the application deadline to get an interview with the hiring manager, followed by another 3–4 weeks before the next interview with the “grandfather.” After that, I was completely ghosted with no follow-up or feedback.
