Interview
Stage 1:
English and logic test at first, both are pretty easy.
Later was 1 to 1 interview with a manager from overseas department, with questions regarding my personal trait, experience and understanding of the position.
Get a phone call and email telling me that I get into stage 2. I was to do a 20 min presentation about a market entrance plan of a product, with 1 week to prepare.
Stage 2:
The first part was interview with HR manager.
The second part was presentation, I was told to shrink the presentation to 10 min, following the presentation is another interview section.
