Interview
You will get a phone interview first, if you passed you got to go interview in HQ. They want you to do some case research first.
When in HQ:
First are some paper-base Logic test. it's difficult due to the poor printing quality, you can't read the question clearly. Prepare your pencil and eraser.
Second is the HR interview. They won't know anything about your professional skill, they mostly interested in your personality. Their question about any professional skill is shallow.
Last are the manager and future colleague's group interview and case presentation. Although it's a pm job, he wants you to do almost everything, even like photoshops and stuff. Remember, the western presentation and slides style did not work well here. They want slides and presentation fancy graphic and pics that distract everyone.

Interview
The HR made a mistake for the opening position. When I saw the interviewers, I just realized that they weren't looking for a candidate for the position of assistant product manager. Instead, they were looking for an inside sale.
