The lady looked angry and impolite to me during the whole interview. No smile at all. I used to interviews with a lot of companies in my past experiences, this is my worst experience ever... If you are a manager and no energy, passion, looked very tired, and look down to me, then you are not a good manager. Plus, improve your speaking lady!
