Interview
In a word, dismal. Throughout the process, nobody could tell me about next steps or relate the company’s overall hiring process. The first guy said that if he recommended me, the next step would be salary negotiations. Uh, no. There were 3 more rounds of interviews. I'd get email letting me know of more interviews and just the interviewers' names -- no titles. The last person, who apparently has a high-level position, was rather confused, came across like he was drunk. Overall, the relevant people came across as incompetent, rude and fundamentally unprofessional.

Interview
The interview was quick and effective, the manager ask the question very effectively and the procedure is quick enough to let me updated in real time.
The group interview was also very easy, it make me feel like the manager was more likely to know the potential of myself, not really focus on the professional skills (Although which is also very important)
