The interview was less formal than expected; friendly and comfortable. There was still plenty of work talk though on some of the marketing principles required in the role. It was the typical Taiwanese bureaucratic process. It was not too bad overall. There were three rounds of interviews in total. Over the phone and then in person. First round with HR. English level could have been better. 2nd round was with more Hiring Manager. Focused on product-oriented and tech industry-related questions. Ask mostly typical interview format questions. It is relatively easy. Would recommend trying it out to see if it is the right fit for you.
