Interview
The HRs are way too junior so the whole process is a chaos. Meanwhile some higher level HRs have this attitude (pride?) that you can really tell that they do not really respect applicants. The building is pretty nice but the meeting rooms for interviews are just too small, hot and crappy and they like to put 4 to 7 interviewees in the tiny room at the same time so you feel like you are in a camp or jail.

English test is easy and they seem to care very much if you have agency experience. You probably want to prepare English introduction about yourself but in general the interviewers' English are not that great either.
