I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2026
Interview
I would not recommend this Development Program based on my interview experience. The process began with my recruiter showing up 15 minutes late to our screening interview. The interview itself felt very unprofessional, as there were other people gathered around her desk watching the interview, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. She asked over 25 behavioral questions back-to-back but was unable to answer many of my questions about the role or the company.
Afterward, I was told I had advanced to the final interview. The first hiring manager I met with was very nice, but then I was unexpectedly told I needed to complete another interview, despite previously being told that was the final round. The second manager also arrived late, seemed completely uninterested in the conversation, and offered very little engagement throughout the interview.
After the interview, I reached out with follow-up questions about my application and was completely ghosted. Overall, the hiring process felt disorganized and unprofessional.

Lots of Behaviora!! Be prepared to make a presentation with no guidelines !
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
First round was with a recruiter a the final was with a manager in my area, although the final round got rescheduled four times. I would recommend going over the sales pipeline and consultative sales for these interviews.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Straightforward process. It was three rounds. The first was an online assessment, second was a recruiter screening, and the third was an interview with a hiring manager where you had to essentially sell yourself via presentation.
