Applied online, took IQ and personality test; which I passed, then got two interviews: One via phone, and the other in person. The process is very intuitive. The website lets you know where you stand after every stage you complete. The best process I've seen in a very long time.

It was hard but understanding just be honest know you got this everything will fall into place they on the phone with you because they need you other then that it was pretty good

The wait for the interview was longer, but there were a lot of people interviewing. The interview was relaxed, and fun. I connected with the interviewer easily and had more of a conversation than an interview.
