After passing a series of tests online was invited to "real job preview" after 2 periods of job explanation each interval offered an opportunity to leave if the job description was not to your liking. After about 2 hours invited in for interview with 3 managers to answer a series of 6 interview questions.

name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. describe an instance where you used safety equipment to safely solve a safety concern it problem. would you rather have a difficult conversation with a manager via phone, text, or email?
Managers give you a glimpse of the job and feed you all the nasty of the job to get you to step down. Once deciding to proceed you get a very straight forward behavioral based interview.
Starts with a session where they introduce the company and role. After the group session, there's individual Interviews with a manager. They focused on customer service, solving problems in a work environment, and other behavioral questions
The gave me a tour of the whole place, They explained some of the tasks that will have to be done, and asked some basic questions at the end , i asked when he would get back to me but he said he had no idea
