Describe a situation where you dealt with an unhappy customer.
Easy going interview mostly background questions which could just be taken from the background report. Assume there is a ton of double checking background information. Overall though it was easy discussion since most of the time once you are called for the interview you pretty much got the job as long as your background clears and you fit the job description .

All applicants where placed in a room and called one by one then asked to sit in another room where they culled through applicants. After making the initial cut they gave us a contingent job offer and then we where asked to wait for a phone call that took several weeks to get.
