Application, 1 week later recieved an email instructing me to do a virtual interview, 3 weeks later recieved a call and email about a face to face interview. I went to the interview today and was told I will know something withing 1 week

Name a time where you had limited resources but were still expected to deliver great performance
Role play. With the interviewer being an angry customer calling in and me being the att rep, advised to stay in character until she advises me we were done
After applying, you take an online assessment. The assessment was not difficult, they are looking for quick responses and memory issues. The interview itself was relatively straight forward. It was done over video conference. The interviewer asked typical interview questions. There were a few role play questions, too.

Applied online. About a week later was sent an assessment test link. A few days later had video interview that had to be done within two days. Three days later received an email for formal interview.

Applied online, Immediately sent an assessment with personality questions and mini games to see how well you can multi task. If you pass next is a video interview where you record your response to a set of 7 questions, if you pass that aswell next step is a one hour 1 on 1 interview. Heard back about an hour later, offer contingent only if you pass background check and 5 panel urine test.
