I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Pretty standard and behavioral in the first interview and the second (last interview) was a 45 minute sales call with a sales manager in Dallas. The sales call was kind of challenging and the interviewer was cold, with not a lot of help.
The interview consisted primarily of sample inbound calls. While the position is a customer service one, the goal was to sell products for the company. They want to see how you can turn a call into a new sale or an upsale.

Question 1
How would you handle a call from a roommate who wanted to cancel service?
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
