I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2007
Interview
Front-line supervisor gave a phone interview. Asked questions how to handle specific situations. Basic stuff like dealing with irate customers. Gave the standard answers. When given a chance to interview the company did not get a great vibe, Seemed like a lot of bureaucracy to deal with in order to get things done. Was offered a second interview, but did not pursue because got a different offer from a different company.
