Got referral from recruitment agency. Firstly they give you a page with questions to answer. The questions are mainly based on different scenarios and how you would approach them to solve problems. After your answers have been reviewed, they then interview you.

comfortable & to the point. No outdated questions - very professional. 3 layer process - team activity, language test, personal interview. Team activity judged by a group of people, personal interview with 2 recruiters.
