Interview
I applied online, did a couple of tests and got an email the next morning asking me to record a video interview. You can do it on your computer or phone. There are pre-recorded questions and you film yourself answering. You can record it as many times as you want until you feel it's perfect. If they like it, they schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly easy and fast, just double checked information from my resume and then they send you to the store interview with the manager and the assistant manager. The interview is very standard, behavioral questions and work experience.
Long and drawn out but easy. They have you meet 5+ times before you get an offer. Many times the meetings are set up at the last minute and not very close to where you are located.

Interview
Interviewer was not interested in my skills and strong potential relevant to the position. Instead Rick started to interrogate and discredit on my lifelong skills as well as previous work experience.
