05/26/2013 applied online and got a email to do a phone interview, then testing , Call simulations, Math , Personality Questions. then Face to Face. You have to be within 30 days on begin and end dates on job history. 13 Page B/Ground check, and will will be jumping thru hoop after hoop after hoop. I thought I applied for the FBI when it was over

The interview consisted primarily of sample inbound calls. While the position is a customer service one, the goal was to sell products for the company. They want to see how you can turn a call into a new sale or an upsale.
